About Me
My interests lie in the areas of AI and Embedded Systems with projects in intelligent wearables, machine learning, and software development, and multiple publications at top tier HCI venues, where I have also presented my work. My internship at Monash University provided me with valuable international exposure to advanced technologies. I'm a fast learner who enjoys solving real world problems.

Dec 2024 - Jul 2025Human Computer Interaction Research Internship
Exertion Games Lab, Australia
Worked on two research projects involving wearable and interactive systems. Co-authored three CHI 2025 (Premier HCI conference) papers and presented the work in Japan, two more papers are under review in CHI 2026. Collaborated with a multidisciplinary, culturally diverse team and gained experience on applied Machine Learning, Embedded Systems and programming using Python and C++.
CHI 2025 Demonstration
Presented and demonstrated GestureSock at the CHI 2025 conference in Yokohama, Japan as the sole demonstrator allowing attendees to experience hands-free interaction first-hand. Interacted with over 100 CHI attendees being one of the very few undergraduate demonstrators.

Emotion and Context Aware Digital Companion
Final year project. Responsible for low channel EEG preprocessing, motion artifact removal pipeline, and developing deep learning based multimodal emotion recognition models using physiological signals.
Auditory Dining System
Raspberry Pi based Python backend and Android frontend for real time dining action sensing using a contact microphone. Implemented Random Forest classifier for dining action classification and real time inference for dynamic auditory feedback
GestureSock
Pressure-sensitive wearable sock capturing toe gestures. Collected/labeled dataset, trained Random Forest/MLP/LSTM models, and optimized inference for low latency on device.
Other Projects
End-to-end system for transformer thermal inspection. Java Spring Boot backend, React + TypeScript frontend, MySQL database, and YOLO based AI inference microservice.
CNN to recognise voice commands and control hardware. Created custom voice dataset and spectrogram conversion.
Developed diverse ML/DL models including RNN-based text autocompletion, LSTM weather prediction, lightweight CNNs for image classification, and tuned classifiers for breast cancer detection.
Digital marketplace for automating flower trading, featuring order management and real-time status updates.
Spark 2024 First Runners Up project. IoT based system with Raspberry Pi management interface and ESP32 based end device.
